Shipping and HandlingPackagingYour jewelry purchase is packaged with gift-giving in mind. All jewelry is sent in a white gift box with non-tarnishing jeweler's cotton and a colorful silk ribbon. ScheduleItems generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment, depending on availability. Naturally, custom orders require a longer lead time so that I can procure the components I need. Upon receipt of your order, I will send an e-mail confirmation with a shipping date. In the event that I'm unable to ship your order on the date specified—due to a delay from a supplier, for example—I will e-mail or phone you with details and you will have the option to cancel your pending order. Whenever I'll be out of town for more than a couple of days, I try to post a notice on my site. RatesAll domestically-shipped items are sent U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, at a rate of $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. (Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days to arrive, depending on the destination.) Free ShippingOrders over $90 will be shipped free of charge. (The shipping charge will be refunded after I receive your PayPal checkout notification.) Insuranceloop Jewelry Design is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. If the workmanship on your item is damaged in any way that does not involve bead loss, I will repair it free of charge. If the item breaks and there is bead loss, there will be a nominal charge depending on the extent of loss. Please bear in mind:
