Our Home Try-On
We get it. You’d like to see these rings in person. So, we’re giving you the option of trying three ring styles at home for 5 days. (They’re not the real rings…but silver-plated brass and cubic zirconia replicas of our rings.)
You’ll be charged $45, but when you return the kit, you’ll be fully refunded. Shipping is free always, and we include a return shipping label in the kit to make it easy.
How it works
1. Choose Them
Pick three replica rings from our fifteen ring styles. All our replica rings are a size 7 and have a 1 carat diamond equivalent CZ center stone.
We also include loose CZ’s in four different diamond equivalent carat weights to help you compare stone sizes.
2. Try Them On
Take photos and get feedback from friends & family. Our Concierge is always here to answer any questions you have.
3. Send Them Back
By the 5th day of your trial, repackage your kit using the prepaid shipping label provided and drop it off at your nearest post office.

What’s included in the Home Try-On Kit?
The Kit includes the three replica rings you selected as well as a complimentary ring sizer and four loose round cubic zirconia stones. The four loose stones allow you to compare different carat sizes next to each other. These sizes will have the same visual appearance as a 0.50ct, 0.75ct, 1.50ct and 2.00ct diamond.
What materials are the sample rings made of?
The replica engagement rings are made out of silver-plated brass and are set with a cubic zirconia (CZ) gemstone that has the same visual appearance of a one carat diamond. All of our sample rings are a size 7.
How similar are cubic zirconia to white diamonds?
Cubic zirconia (CZ) are very similar in appearance to white diamonds! These stones are diamond simulants and do the job in giving an accurate sense of what our real rings will look like because they are cut to appear the same as a 1 carat diamond.
How do I find my ring size?
You want to make sure that the ring sizer is able to slip on easily, but that when you are pulling it off, that there is some resistance against your knuckle. We suggest trying this at different times of day because your finger size will slightly change throughout the day.
What are the loose cubic zirconia stones for?
These loose stones are cut to replicate the size of a 0.50, 0.75, 1.50 and 2.00 carat round diamond. We are providing them so you can compare the different sizes and see what size you like best for your finger!
What can I keep from the Home Try-On Kit?
The ring sizer and cards are yours to keep and always reference!
How long will it take for me to receive the Home Try-On Kit?
Our team will package and ship the Home Try-On Kit within 3-5 business days. We ship our kits via USPS First Class mail, which usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive after shipment. In total, it could be anywhere from 6-10 days for you to receive the Kit after your order has been confirmed. If there’s any delay, we’ll reach out to you via email.
Is the kit really free?
Yes! Our Home Try-On program is really free - as long as you return it. If your Home Try-On kit is not returned within 5 business days after it was supposed to be shipped back to us and we have not been able to get in contact with you, we will charge your credit card on file $200 for the kit and the $45 won’t be refunded.
Why do you need my credit or debit card info?
We place a $45 refundable charge on your card to verify your identity and to charge your card in the event the Home Try-On kit does not get returned to us or if it is returned in poor and unusable condition. In these instances, we will charge your card $200 and the $45 won’t be refunded.
Can the Home Try-On Kit be shipped internationally?
Right now we are unable to ship internationally. Fingers crossed we can expand internationally very soon!
How long can I keep the Home Try-On Kit?
The Home Try-On Kit is yours to view for 5 days. On or before the fifth day, you will need to drop it off at your local USPS office using the prepaid return shipping label we provided. Feel free to keep the ring sizer and cards.
How do I return the Home Try-On Kit?
We include a return label with every Kit. When you are ready to return it, please repackage your kit with the three sample rings and the loose cubic zirconia (the ring sizer and cards are yours to keep!). Seal the kit back in to the shipping box and use then place the return label on to the box. You can drop this off at your USPS office and they will take care of the rest! What happens if I return the kit late?
Please let us know if you need more time, as others may be waiting for their Home Try-On Kits. If you have not returned your kit after 5 days and have not let us know about its status, you will be charged $200 and the $45 won’t be refunded.
Can I get my sample rings in rose or yellow gold?
Right now we only are offering sample rings that look like white gold. We are working to expand our sample ring options soon! If you would like to see some more sample images of the different metal colors, chat with our Concierge here.
Can I get my sample rings with a champagne or black diamond?

Can I get a wedding band in my Home Try-On Kit?

Do the sample rings come in other sizes?
Right now, all of our sample rings are a size 7. Soon we will offer other size options. If the sample rings are too big or too small, you can use the loose cubic zirconia stones to place on your fingers and see what stone size you would like in your future ring.
Can I order loose cubic zirconia in other sizes or shapes?
Right now we are only offering the size comparison for round shapes for 0.50, 0.75, 1.50 and 2.00 carat diamond. Chat in here with our Concierge if you would like to see side-by-side comparisons of other shapes!
Can I view real rings in person?
Yes! You can view some real rings in Los Angeles by setting up an appointment with our Concierge here.
Can I modify one of the styles?
We can’t make modifications to our sample rings, but we can customize our real rings. For example, if you would like “At Last” with diamond pave, we can certainly do that.
