We’ll do everything we can to get you the right ring. But if something’s off with your ring, we’ll make it right or take it back. As long as the ring is in its original unworn condition, you have 100 days to return or exchange it, no questions asked.
Just reach out to Loop Care, and we’ll arrange the return shipment (on us, of course).
Your ring should last pretty much forever. So if there’s an issue down the road, due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll always fix or replace it. (But to be clear, if you run over the ring with your car or something, that’s on you.)
We’ll cover return shipping, give your ring a checkup, and contact you within 48 hours to let you know how we can help.
We hope your ring goes along for all your adventures, so we expect it to get a little roughed up. Once a year, every year, we’ll bring your ring back to Loop HQ for a cleaning to keep those diamonds shining, and a checkup to make sure everything is secure.
If there’s no additional work needed, we’ll send it back to you within 5-7 business days (all sparkly like the first time you put it on). Shipping and maintenance is on us.
You really thought you guestimated the right size... but we all make mistakes. Call us within the first 100 days and we’ll arrange to get your ring back to HQ so we can resize it for you.
